You will partner with hiring managers and the People USCA team to build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or Psychology is required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automation, engineering, logistics, or tech.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, operations, and corporate roles.
• Partner with People Director and hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, networking, referrals, social media and events.
• Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines through hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offers.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity and market trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
