The role focuses on building relationships, identifying top talent, and driving organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and develop effective sourcing strategies across platforms, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
• Marketing, social media, or employer branding experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal corporate positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for all positions.
• Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
