LaSalle Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing commerce and technology-focused organization in Chicago. The role supports high-volume hiring, sourcing, screening, and filling a range of corporate and technical positions across multiple locations.

You will join a busy Talent Acquisition team during a hiring surge, focusing on technical roles and partnering with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can screen resumes

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes and conducting first-round candidate screens.
• Sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of candidates and open positions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Review and evaluate a high volume of applications and resumes
• Conduct initial candidate screens using a standardized first-round screening process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the recruiting process
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on open requisitions across multiple departments
• Provide light communication and coordination with hiring stakeholders during the early interview stages
• Support recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
• Help manage a large applicant pipeline and prioritize candidates based on hiring needs
