Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build strong candidate pipelines and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Wisconsin.

You’ll engage with job fairs, digital platforms, and community partnerships to connect great talent with meaningful roles. You will lead onboarding, coordinate pre-employment testing and orientation, and partner with managers to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education in HR or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication abilities with professionalism and discretion.
• Self‑directed work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong candidate pipelines through job fairs, digital platforms, community partnerships, and proactive outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including applications, communication, interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Lead onboarding activities such as job offers, pre-employment testing, orientation, and skills assessments.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to fill roles efficiently and support hard‑to‑fill searches.
• Maintain compliance and documentation while presenting a professional, confidential, and employee‑focused HR presence.
