Qualifications

• Ability to travel for recruiting purposes and to regularly attend networking events, some outside standard hours.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Represent Saelens at job fairs, trade shows, schools, community events, and networking functions.
• Build relationships with technical colleges, workforce organizations, community partners, and prospective candidates.
• Discover and recruit potential candidates before they even know they are looking for a change
