EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for EJF and its affiliate companies, from requisitions through onboarding.

This role collaborates with hiring managers to clarify requirements, schedule interviews, and help shape job descriptions, while maintaining candidate pipelines across multiple openings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience administering an ATS and recruitment workflows.
• Experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow/CRM.
• Experience recruiting in real estate or service industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across EJF and its affiliate companies.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and establish timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Draft and update job descriptions with department leaders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.
