Job summary

EJF Real Estate Services in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for EJF and its affiliates. You will own onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment workflows, coordinating with Paylocity and Monday.com while delivering a professional candidate experience.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience administering an ATS and recruitment workflows.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for EJF and affiliates.
• Partner with hiring managers to set requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate communications.
• Draft and update job descriptions with department leaders.
• Prepare salary recommendations and offers after approval.
• Develop candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult roles.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience from contact to hire.
