• 2+ years in recruitment sourcing, esp. high-volume hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational and data management skills.
• Resilient and adaptable under pressure.
• Able to pivot with changing hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to translate talent needs into fast-moving sourcing strategies.
• Lead talent attraction campaigns through employer branding and marketing initiatives.
• Drive candidate engagement with compelling outreach and a high-touch experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in real time across internal staffing systems.
• Own and drive the Employee Referral Program and vendor management.
• Partner on external branding, events, and marketing to strengthen pipelines.
• Respond quickly to shifting hiring needs and volume spikes.
• Align with leadership and departments to evolving business goals.
