Brooksource seeks a dynamic Recruiter in Phoenix to build out talent networks and partner with Fortune 500 clients. You will source, screen, and place qualified consultants, while advocating for candidates and delivering value through flexible timelines and rapid talent delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales, develop strategy for niche candidates, conduct comprehensive interviews, coach candidates, and provide interview feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, goal-driven sales-hiring environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to identify client hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback.
• Support onboarding and post-placement experience for consultants.
