Responsibilities

Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, and performing phone screenings.
Design and manage job postings, descriptions and posting requirements; own candidate experience.
Perform reference, education and background screenings as needed.
Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
Assist managers with conducting and attending interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR staff to ensure properly vetted candidates move forward.
Facilitate the offer process and discuss employment terms.
Manage onboarding and new hire process.
