Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source top talent and drive hiring outcomes. You will build strong partnerships with operational leaders and design compelling job postings and descriptions to attract candidates.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage onboarding while staying current on recruiting trends and best practices. This is an onsite role focused on delivering quality hires for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings and job descriptions and post requirements.
• Perform reference, education and background screenings as needed.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist managers with conducting and attending interviews.
• Communicate with hiring managers and HR staff to ensure vetted candidates.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and discussing terms.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire processes.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend job fairs and local events to network for opportunities.
• Manage interview, selection and closing processes.
• Report metrics to operational managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
