Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs, align priorities, and build recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer support.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to strengthen speed, quality, and consistency.
• Drive a strong candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the ATS, ensuring accurate workflow.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to review progress and keep searches moving efficiently.
• Use recruiting data and market feedback to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Represent Tenneco in the market as a trusted employer brand partner.
