Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
Experience supporting a high-growth and/or fast-paced company is strongly preferred.
Proven success hiring across technical, corporate, and high-volume roles.
Proven success in strategic sourcing and stakeholder partnership across multiple functions and levels.
Hands-on experience using ATS platforms to manage workflows, data, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of open requisitions with hiring managers.
Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent needs and build proactive sourcing pipelines.
Analyze labor market data and internal gaps to develop targeted strategies by function and level.
Maintain a clean ATS, ensure data hygiene, and uphold reporting and compliance.
Own the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding to reflect the company values.
