Job summary

Camden Logistics in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will source, screen, and hire drivers and staff for client accounts, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position starts October 12th and requires reliable transportation.

No travel or weekend work. You’ll use ATS to manage candidates, guide offers, and help onboarding, while maintaining professional experience for every candidate and keeping hiring managers informed about pipeline status.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Willing to make regular phone calls to candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Keep hiring managers and clients informed on pipeline status and open positions
• Guide new hires through offers, paperwork, and onboarding
• Provide a professional, courteous experience to every candidate
