Job summary

This on-site role, through a third-party staffing agency, starts with a minimum 9-month contract and may extend. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; maintain ATS records and compliant processes.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews; manage candidate communications.
