Job summary

A staffing organization in New York is looking for a dedicated team member to assist with client management and applicant coordination. Responsibilities include working with client managers to identify staffing needs, guiding applicants through the hiring process, and coordinating orientation and travel arrangements. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience and be willing to work Monday to Friday. A virtual training program is provided to ensure success. This is a 1099 position with pay per driver hired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Willing to work during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) to achieve results.
• Customer service, recruiting, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
