Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across our industrial and construction projects. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through diverse channels, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

We value strong interviewing, sourcing expertise, and compliance, with travel up to 25% to project sites and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting professionals in construction, industrial, engineering, or related sectors.
Experience managing high-volume skilled trades recruiting in fast-paced environments.
Experience with ATS platforms and strong interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across construction-related areas.
Develop sourcing strategies using networks, trade organizations, apprenticeship programs, military recruiting, and partnerships.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and timelines.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews; coordinate interviews and offers.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; monitor recruiting metrics.
