Nammo Perry, the Florida site of Nammo Defense Systems, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and community engagement, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This role supports rapid growth by sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships, while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a positive candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition through offer.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting metrics.
• Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking system data, and recruiting reports.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
