Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and represent the company at career fairs and community events while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role also requires travel and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition to offer.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics to support growth.
