You will partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, create clear hiring documentation, and define a strategy that fits each role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance and updates.
• Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and adverts.
• Experience coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with recruitment automation or AI-supported tools.

Responsibilities

• Own vacancies end to end from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and documentation.
• Build talent pipelines and engage future candidates proactively.
• Contribute to automation, tooling and process improvements in recruitment.
