Job summary

Confluence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh to manage vacancies end to end, partner with hiring managers, and shape role requirements and job adverts. You will own the candidates journey, progress hiring activity, and contribute to proactive sourcing and process improvements.

You will also engage in talent pipelining, build pipelines for future demand, and support automation/tools across the TA function while ensuring compliance and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance and updates.
• Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and job adverts.

• Own and progress vacancies end to end, from intake to offer.
