Job summary

Confluence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own vacancies end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements and hiring processes. You will drive proactive sourcing and build talent pipelines while contributing to automation and process improvements.

You will be a key contact for hiring managers, ensuring vacancies move forward, with attention to documentation, interviews, feedback, and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance, updates, and recommendations.
• Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and job adverts.
• Experience coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
• Attention to data protection requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and progress vacancies end to end, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and hiring approach.
• Build talent pipelines and engage future candidates ahead of demand.
• Contribute to recruitment automation, tooling, and process improvement.
