A staffing and solutions firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruiting) to develop recruitment strategies and manage technology talent. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong personality, and a bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Responsabilités

• Develop techniques to source, recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals.
• Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Negotiate and present offers for employment.
• Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs.
• Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments.

This role will include extensive initial training and offers a career ladder for those interested in developing into new roles.

• Develop techniques to source, recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals.
• Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.
