At Confluence, we’ve always been driven by a commitment to innovation, precision, and partnership in the investment data space. Our global footprint now spans multiple countries, giving our employees the opportunity to get exposure to other countries and cultures. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage vacancies end to end, from initial intake through to offer and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements, create clear hiring documentation, and define an approach that fits each role.

Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to take a more proactive approach to hiring. This includes building talent pipelines, identifying and engaging future candidates ahead of demand, and contributing to how we attract talent more effectively. You may also support initiatives across automation, tooling, and process improvement to enhance how recruitment is delivered.
This role offers a mix of day to day delivery and opportunities to broaden your scope over time.
