Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid role based out of Canonsburg, PA, with three days on-site weekly. Travel to WV and OH will be required to support interviews and build our regional recruiting presence.

You will own full-cycle recruiting from job description to offer, drive onboarding, and help manage ATS enhancements and HR programs across the organization. Strong communication and process ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in oil & gas or another fast-growing, publicly traded environment.
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems with ability to use full system functionality for pipelines and reporting; ATS build-out experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers from job description creation through offer, coaching on recruiting processes.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned business areas, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing coordination.
• Travel to WV, OH, and PA locations to support in-person interviews and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage ATS to move candidates through the pipeline and produce recruiting metrics.
• Oversee onboarding from start to finish, including new hire orientations and HR handoff.
• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings; administer DOT and safety-sensitive testing as needed.
• Maintain compliant recruiting records and support HR programs and projects.
