Job summary

ABB US Talent Acquisition is seeking a skilled talent sourcer to optimize the recruitment function by partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify and engage top candidates. You will source, attract, and pre-screen applicants and deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates for the team.

Preferred: onsite at our Westerville, OH office once a week; acceptable: one week per month. Requires a Bachelor's or master's degree and 3+ years HR experience, with proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 3 years' HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years as talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, sales rep, or related role.
• Experience with digital and social media recruiting.
• Ability to communicate with varying experience levels.
• Knowledge of MS Office, eRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on position requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track and report sourcing metrics and candidate conversions.
