ABB Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to optimize the US Talent Acquisition function. You will source, attract, and pre-screen candidates and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates for the team.
The role collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, using diverse channels and tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday. Onsite presence in Westerville, OH is expected weekly or monthly as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 3 years' HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a talent sourcer, recruitment coordinator, or related role.
- Experience with digital and social recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates for ABB's US Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across channels and maintain candidate records in ATS.
- Track and report sourcing metrics such as candidate pool size, response rates, and conversions.
