Job summary

Artera is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale non-technical teams during a growth phase. The role blends 80% full-cycle recruiting for Sales, CS, Marketing and G&A with 20% recruiting operations, emphasizing AI-driven workflows to accelerate speed while staying human-centric.

Reporting to the SVP of People, you will partner with hiring managers across business units, manage ATS health (Lever), and optimize sourcing and interview processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience including full-cycle and operations.
• Experience recruiting for non-technical GTM and/or G&A roles is a plus.
• AI tools familiarity (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar) to draft content and source.
• Attention to detail in documents and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with professional to warm tone as needed.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and multiple interview loops.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and G&A.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring goals and share market/compensation insights.
• Conduct initial screens to assess skill fit, motivation, and alignment with Artera's values.
• Manage candidate experience with clear communication and a high-touch approach.
• Orchestrate complex interview loops across time zones and ensure teams are prepared.
