Job summary

RadixArk is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist to build the machinery behind talent and people ops as we scale. This isn’t a traditional HR generalist role — we engineer our processes, build AI-augmented workflows, and automate the manual to support rapid growth.

You’ll own day-to-day execution across recruiting and people ops, ensuring our ATS and HRIS infrastructure remains fast, clean, and scalable while collaborating with the team on high-leverage tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent ops or people ops in fast growing environments.
• Familiarity with ATS integrations and automation.
• Proven ability to build AI-enhanced workflows for recruiting and people ops.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination end to end across formats and time zones.
• Integrate AI into coordination and reporting workflows for scale.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience and maintain data integrity in ATS.
• Develop and document workflows, use cases, and SOPs.
• Maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard tracking key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Head of People & Talent to optimize processes.
