You’ll earn trust with hiring managers, engage hard-to-find talent, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience. The role requires 5+ years in engineering talent recruitment, familiarity with engineering disciplines, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience focused on Engineering Talent.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Proactively source and recruit candidates and partner with third‑party agencies to find talent.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for engineering talent including electrical and software profiles.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews onsite and remotely with hiring managers.
• Maintain internal candidate tracker and hiring log for reporting.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding with Vertech HQ HR.

Education
