Job summary

Radiall is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with HR and department managers to draft accurate job descriptions, implement effective sourcing strategies, and manage candidate flow from screening to offer.

You will also guide interview processes, scheduling, and offer discussions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with the HR team and line managers to draft/update detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods and advises on market ranges and talent pools.
• Creates workflows for approvals and posts openings on the ATS and external boards.
• Manages candidate flow, screens applications, and conducts initial screenings.

Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

• Develops, facilitate, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with the HR team and line managers to identify and draft/update detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to fill the needs of the organization; advises hiring managers and management of current market ranges and comparable talent pool
• Creates workflows for approval and posts job openings on the company’s ATS and other external job boards
• Manages flow of applicants, screens applications and selects qualified candidates for initial screening; conducts initial screening interviews with candidates
• Schedules interviews and confirms with candidates and internal interviewers
• Coaches hiring managers and interviewees with regard to selection best practices, and is viewed as a subject matter expert as to structure, format, and assessments from interviews
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR partners during the offer process, including advising and recommending salary offer strategy, variable compensation, start dates, and other important details; works with candidates to explain Radiall benefits
• Generates candidate offer letters
• Acts in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to the recruitment and employer process

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
