Radiall is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Professional to lead all phases of the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with HR and line managers to craft job descriptions, identify sourcing strategies, and manage candidate flow from screening to offers.

The role requires strong interviewing skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to advise on salary offers and benefits while ensuring compliance with laws. A collaborative, discreet approach is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with HR team and line managers to draft/update job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements recruiting methods and strategies; advises on market ranges.
• Creates workflows for approval and posts openings on ATS and external boards.
• Manages applicant flow, screens applications, and conducts initial screening interviews.
• Schedules interviews and coordinates with candidates and interviewers.
• Coaches managers and candidates on selection best practices; acts as subject matter expert.
• Advises on salary offer strategy, variable compensation, start dates, and benefits.
• Generates candidate offer letters and ensures compliance with laws.

Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

• Develops, facilitate, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with the HR team and line managers to identify and draft/update detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to fill the needs of the organization; advises hiring managers and management of current market ranges and comparable talent pool
• Creates workflows for approval and posts job openings on the company’s ATS and other external job boards
• Manages flow of applicants, screens applications and selects qualified candidates for initial screening; conducts initial screening interviews with candidates
• Schedules interviews and confirms with candidates and internal interviewers
• Coaches hiring managers and interviewees with regard to selection best practices, and is viewed as a subject matter expert as to structure, format, and assessments from interviews
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR partners during the offer process, including advising and recommending salary offer strategy, variable compensation, start dates, and other important details; works with candidates to explain Radiall benefits
• Generates candidate offer letters
• Acts in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to the recruitment and employer process
