Job summary

Reliance One is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Utica, MI to own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced environment. This contract-to-direct hire role requires 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience and the ability to manage both hourly and salaried positions.

You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, conduct interviews, extend offers, coordinate background checks, and support early-talent programs and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing both hourly and salaried talent.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• A sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Reliance One is recruiting a Contract Recruiter for one of our clients in Utica, Michigan. We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience who can step into a fast-paced environment and manage recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $30–$31/hour

Employment: Contract-to-Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions.

Your day-to-day will include:
