AvePoint is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can translate business needs into strategic hiring, acting as a trusted advisor to connect exceptional people with meaningful opportunities.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with managers, source creatively, and build a proactive pipeline while contributing to employer branding and university programs. Join a team that values agility, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
• Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success).
• Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.

The Salary Range for this role is$90,000- $100,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
