Orcrist is building a next-generation data intelligence platform that processes petabyte-scale data with sub-second queries. Its Kubernetes-based product is delivered as B2B SaaS or as a self-hosted on-premises solution, including air-gapped deployments, helping customers in defense, law enforcement, and enterprise turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence.

• Manage recruitment processes for technical roles, from application review through interviews, feedback, and offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build candidate profiles, and support structured, timely hiring decisions
• Maintain candidate data and pipelines in Greenhouse, improve workflows, and ensure effective use of the system
• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and make processes simpler, faster, and more reliable
• Explore AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve process quality
• Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, document decisions, and keep processes on track
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and process statuses
• Communicate clearly and reliably with candidates throughout the process
• Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to identify improvement opportunities
• Build recruiting processes that remain effective as the company and its hiring needs grow

Требования

• Around 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality work
• Comfortable with recruitment software and data; understand the importance of clean records, consistent processes, and accurate reporting
• Take ownership, work independently, and look for ways to improve processes
• Communicate clearly and work well with different people, including technical teams
• Organize work independently and manage multiple hiring processes without losing track of details
• German and English at C1 level or above
• Authorized to work in Germany
