We're currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team — a dynamic group of 20–25 professionals — to lead and support multiple recruitment efforts and strategic initiatives across the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong Excel/Office skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles across ENG.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Create job postings and employer branding content across social/job platforms.
• Develop and manage referral, rotation, and internal mobility programs.
• Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics to improve results.
• Manage recruitment tools, platforms, agencies, and vendor relationships.
• Own budget tracking for the Talent Acquisition sub-area.
• Build and maintain databases and documentation for recruitment.
• Deliver reports and presentations to the People team and leadership.
• Stay on top of talent trends and competitor insights.
• Collaborate on new TA and People projects (platforms, tools, methods, etc.).
• Provide onboarding support and mentorship for new team members.
• Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to improve our processes.
