As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while being a trusted business advisor to our hiring managers, advising on best practice and industry trends. You will play a critical role in championing our employer brand and value proposition to the market and have the exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact through developing and executing recruitment strategies and process improvement initiatives.
Based remotely in Perth, you will report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, and will be responsible for leading the retail store management portfolio for WA / SA.
