Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Experience recruiting for retail or sales roles is a major plus.
• Proficiency with ATS and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strategic pipelines and partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do (Your Impact):

• Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent our company culture and create a memorable, dynamic candidate experience from first contact to offer sign-off.
• Build Strategic Pipelines: Sourcing isn't just posting on job boards—you’ll leverage creative networking, sourcing tools, and industry trends to engage passive talent.
• Partner with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand team needs, define ideal profiles, and set recruiting priorities.
• Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating seamless onboarding.
• Hit & Exceed KPIs: Track key metrics including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and monthly placement targets to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (with at least 2 years in a fast-paced staffing company environment). Retail or Sales recruitment experience is a major plus!
• Metrics & Urgency: A self-starter mindset driven by metrics, high energy, and a passion for fast-paced hiring.
• Versatility: Experience managing diverse requisitions ranging from field roles to high-level corporate leadership.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing software.
