Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and influence hiring decisions across our organization.

You will manage candidate experience from first contact to offer, ensure OFCCP compliance, and partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires in a fast‑paced environment. This on‑site role requires strong communication and data‑driven sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 months full‑cycle recruiting experience; warehouse/logistics experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform essential physical functions, including sitting for long periods, occasional walking/standing, climbing ladders/stairs, and working in warehouse conditions

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment and candidate assessments across roles.
  • Develop strategic sourcing pipelines via job boards, networking, social media, and events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft competitive offers and negotiate terms.
  • Ensure OFCCP compliance in job descriptions and postings.
  • Maintain ATS data accuracy and recruit metrics reporting.
  • Coordinate internal mobility and offer letters.
  • Oversee pre‑screening and relocation logistics when needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert on sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager support.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key driver in shaping a high‑performing workforce. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing — Build strong pipelines by engaging active and passive talent through job boards, networking, social media, industry events, colleges, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Screening & Selection — Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in‑person), and present top candidates to hiring managers. Maintain momentum through consistent follow‑up.
  • Offer Management — Partner with hiring managers to craft competitive offers and negotiate effectively to secure top talent.
  • Compliance & Documentation — Ensure job descriptions and posting templates meet OFCCP standards and remain consistent.
  • ATS Management — Maintain accurate applicant data, generate reporting, and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Internal Mobility — Manage internal applications, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer letters.
  • Pre‑Screening & Logistics — Coordinate background checks and relocation when needed.
  • Recruiting Expertise — Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Candidate & Manager Support — Deliver exceptional service to candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality, reliability, punctuality, and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Cross‑functional communication with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Proven success building and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies.
  • Experience meeting goals related to time‑to‑fill, quality, diversity, veteran hiring, and internal mobility.
  • Deep expertise using social media platforms for sourcing and employer branding.
  • Strong ability to analyze job requirements and match candidate profiles effectively.
  • High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent consultative, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of strong partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success engaging high‑potential prospects through targeted outreach and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and experience working in a metrics‑driven environment.
