Altivera Medical, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition in Denver, CO. You will own requisitions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruiting data in UKG Recruiting Gateway, collaborating with HR and hiring managers, and continuously improving processes in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR, or related role; full-cycle recruiting strongly preferred
• Experience working within an ATS or HRIS; UKG Recruiting Gateway experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Experience preparing offer documentation and coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and leadership
• Ability to maintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and system records while handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Comfort learning, administering, and improving recruiting systems, workflows, and technology in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of recruiting activity, and collaborate effectively as part of a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day recruiting activity across assigned requisitions, supporting the full lifecycle from requisition launch and candidate sourcing through selection, offer, and onboarding handoff
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal pipelines, referrals, and other recruiting channels as appropriate
• Review applications and resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, assess baseline qualifications, and advance qualified talent through the interview process
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and formats while delivering a polished and responsive candidate experience
• Prepare and route offer documentation, support offer delivery and acceptance, and coordinate pre-employment communications and next steps
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, required documentation, onboarding handoffs, and follow-up on outstanding items
• Maintain healthy candidate pipelines, monitor recruiting progress, and proactively identify stalled activity, missing information, or hiring risks requiring follow-up
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and handoffs, ensuring required information, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communications are completed accurately and on time
• Support new hire setup and orientation coordination in partnership with HR, IT, Payroll, hiring managers, and other internal teams
• Create, maintain, and close job requisitions and postings, ensuring recruiting activity and approvals are reflected in systems
• Support recruiting communications, interview materials, offer templates, trackers, and other operational tools used throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support hiring initiatives, high-volume recruiting needs, process improvement efforts, and other Talent Acquisition projects as business needs evolve
• Help maintain a consistent and high-quality new hire experience by ensuring recruiting-to-onboarding transitions are organized, timely, and clearly communicated
