Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sauk Village, IL to support full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions. The assignment lasts 3–4 months with potential for permanent hire, depending on performance and business needs.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire qualified candidates, advise on best practices, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including requisition management, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience advising and coaching hiring teams on recruitment best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including multiple open requisitions.
• Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and ATS.
• Experience assessing candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to coordinate onboarding and smooth transitions.
• Help improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and consistency.

• Protect confidential information throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Pay: $25.00–$26.00 per hour

Position type: Contract-to-hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Position Overview

Kelly Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in Sauk Village, Illinois. The assignment is expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with the possibility of permanent hire sooner. Conversion may depend on attendance, work quality, schedule compatibility, performance, and business needs.

In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions and partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire qualified candidates. You’ll advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, help create a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding, and represent the client’s talent brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience assessing candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industry.
