Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for roles across multiple markets, with emphasis on industrial and warehouse positions. You will attract, screen, and select candidates, partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair assessment processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
• Show adaptability and learning agility to shift work with changing scenarios.
• Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Workday, Taleo or Greenhouse).
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
