Job summary

LHH in New Jersey is seeking a Junior Legal Recruiter to support recruitment for legal and corporate professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to develop expertise in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

You will manage processes from sourcing to onboarding, engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts
• Familiarity with recruiting legal, professional services, or specialized talent preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook and Teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
