Job description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity with a large, well-established global company in Boston, MA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring manager partnership. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of recruiting experience and strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.

This is a 2.5- to 3-month contract position through the end of 2026, paying $35-$45/hour, depending on experience. This role follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite in Boston and 2 days working from home per week.
