Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6‑month contract based in Cambridge, MA. The role covers full‑cycle recruitment, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

The consultant will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure compliant, equitable processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.
