Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Previous staffing agency experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Extend offers and support compensation discussions through acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the ATS.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
