Atlas Search is seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across its growing organization. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage experienced professionals across various specialized functions.

The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for professional-level and leadership positions, sourcing passive candidates, conducting screens, and coordinating candidates through interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills.
• Experience recruiting professional-level candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or similar recruiting experience is a plus.
