Altus Fire & Life Safety is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the Altus family. You will develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and manage the selection process to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
