Ideal candidates have HR experience and healthcare recruitment exposure; travel for events may be required, and CRM tools for talent pipelines are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or four years with a HS Diploma/GED.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Local Hampton Roads area within 50 miles preferred; travel to events may be required.
• Experience building talent pools using CRM tools and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment process for open positions across units.
• Lead recruitment events and travel to events as needed.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates throughout the process.
