Olin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Intern for multiple semesters, based in Houston, in-office. The role offers hourly pay of $25 for undergraduate students and $33 for graduate students, with exposure to sourcing, candidate pipelines, and recruitment projects.
You'll assist with sourcing candidates, maintain pipelines, schedule interviews, and collaborate to improve candidate experience while gaining hands-on experience in talent strategy and employer branding.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Intern supports recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines, and assisting with talent attraction initiatives. This role has the opportunity to gain experience in recruiting strategy, candidate sourcing, employment branding, and talent market research.
